Accommodations: 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 and 3 baths. Sleeps 8 to 16.

Amenities: Kitchens with dishes and cookware, microwave, linens and towels. Covered porches, fireplace with wood, ceiling fans, attic fan, carpet, washer and dryer, grill, cable TV and VCR and telephone. A/C in every unit.

Deposit and Payments: $150.00 deposit is needed to confirm reservation; may be a personal check. Total payment is due upon arrival. Only traveler's checks, cashier checks, money orders, and cash are accepted for payment (no personal checks).

Large Groups: Call for details about deposits and cancellation policies.

Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee applies to all log cabin reservations, and $125 for the cottage. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.

Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pets.

Directions: From I-40: Take Exit 27 (to Western Carolina University and Maggie Valley), which puts you on 74 West. Take 74 West as the main road coming to the cabin. Take Exit 64 (Alarka Road) and turn left at end of the exit and cross the overpass. Go up Alarka Road approximately 1 1/2 miles and then turn on East Alarka Road on the left and go 1.4 miles to Green Valley Acres on the left,  and then take the next drive on left, which is our drive. Office is located in our house. 

From 74 East: Turn right at Exit 64 and continue as above.
